It looks like the Google cloud project that you created for reCAPTCHA was deleted from your Google cloud account. Go through the reCAPTCHA setup documentation again, step by step, to ensure that all required settings and keys are correctly configured.
Alternatively, you can try the new Cloudflare CAPTCHA option we have added — it’s much simpler to set up.
